The Tablet 

One tablet contains essential nutrients including methylated folate and choline to support your baby’s healthy neural tube and brain development, vitamin D3 to promote a healthy vitamin D level for conception and pregnancy, and several other vitamins and minerals to prepare your body for pregnancy.

TheraNatal products are free of artificial dyes, so the tablet has a natural, speckled appearance. It is normal for the speckling to darken over time.

The Softgels 

Two softgels provide 250 mg of CoQ10 formulated with patented VESIsorb® technology for optimal absorption and bioavailability. This means that taking two OvaVite softgels is equivalent to taking 750-1,500 mg of CoQ10 from other supplements.
